Second Step - von “Un” zu Verträglich
Schön, dass du meine Zeilen aufnimmst.
Gerne berichte ich dir, wie ich nach dem 1. Schock den 2. Schritt auf meinem Weg in eine Normalität “Essen” gefunden habe.
Durch die Tatsache, dass mein Körper mit den Unverträglichkeiten von Gluten, Ei, Fett und Getreide reagiert und allergische Reaktionen auf Milcheiweiss und Alkohol (und Pollen) aufzeigt war ich letztes Jahr zuerst einmal Paff.
Ja, was esse ich dann?
Wie kann ich noch Freude am Essen haben, wenn nur noch Gemüse und Früchte gehen?
Und wie soll ich mich ausgewogen ernähren, wenn ich mit der Tendenz “wenig bis kein Fleisch” unterwegs bin?
Kennst du auch solche Gedanken und Ängste?
Das hat sogar mich als Ernährungsberaterin aus den Socken gehauen. Ich habe wirklich gemeint, die Freude an Essen, geschweige an Einladungen anzunehmen, zu verlieren.
Aber durch mein Lebensmotto “geht nicht gibt es nicht” habe ich gedacht, ok, ich rolle das Ganze einmal von Hinten auf und habe mir notiert was geht und was mir schmeckt:
Fleisch(sehr selten)
Pommes (nicht lachen!)
Kartoffeln jeglicher Art (und hey, da haben wir eine riesen Auswahl!)
Beeren, vor allem die Brombeeren und die gefrorenen wilden Heidelbeeren
Mango
Aprikosen
Zwetschgen
Apfel
(eigentlich alle Früchte)
Gemüse, ausser Kefen geht alles
Das ist doch schon eine schöne Auswahl
Als 2. habe ich mich an eine kompetente Homöopathin gewendet, nicht wegen der Ernährung sondern, weil ich wollte, dass ich mich in den emotionalen/mentalen Themen durch Homöopathie unterstützen kann.
In ihren Gesprächen hat sie mich dann auf einen Autor Namens Anthony William verwiesen. Er hat verschieden Bücher geschrieben und sie hat mir “Heile deine Leber” empfohlen.
Ein paar Mal habe ich darüber nachgedacht. Ja, schliesslich kaufe ich nicht einfach nur weil es empfohlen wird. Du etwa?
Du liest, ich bin bei neuen Sachen eher skeptisch.
Ich habe dann beschlossen, weil ich aus meinem Fachwissen weiss, dass ich zu meinen Nährstoffen kommen muss, das Buch zu kaufen.
Es hat mich gefesselt. Du kannst dir vorstellen, wie es in einem tut, wenn du spürst, ja genau das ist es! Am liebsten hätte ich alles sofort umgesetzt.
Aber manchmal kommt bei mir die kleine Weisheit und nimmt mich an der Hand und ich liess mich von ihr führen.
Bis heute ist es mir gelungen, Schritt für Schritt und in meinem Tempo die Dinge in meinen Ess-Alltag einzubauen, die mich kräftigen, schmecken(!) und Abwechslung bringen.
Ganz klar kann ich sagen, diese Art der Ernährung ist nicht für JedeFrau und JederMann. (aber auch nicht jede und jeder hat diverse Unverträglichkeiten).
Aber für jede und jeden gibt es coole und schnelle Rezepte die erst noch fein sind, inkl. Dessert!
Heute bin ich soweit, dass wenn ich eingeladen bin, telefoniere/spreche ich mit meinem Gastgeber/in und sage um was es geht und gemeinsam finden wir immer eine Ess-Lösung die für alle stimmt. Und im Restaurant bestelle ich Pommes mit gutem Gefühl/Gewissen.
Mein Fazit: tritt nach aussen, sag was (du) is(s)t und sie sind animiert/motiviert neue Dinge auszuprobieren. Und ich kann sagen, dass ich mich heute mit einer Ruhe ernähre, weil ich die Gewissheit habe, dass das was ich esse mir gut tut (und nicht mehr Schmerzen verursacht.)
Also ich habe meinen Weg gefunden, mit den Unverträglichkeiten umzugehen und lebe heute meinen höchstpersönlichen Ess-Stil, so, dass ich trotzdem einen Teil der Gesellschaft bin. Das gefällt mir!
